Job Description
Join a leading electropolishing company as a Warehouse Shipping/Receiving Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in handling large pipes, steel drums, and pallets of metal parts. Your responsibilities will include loading and unloading trucks, managing inventory, and ensuring the warehouse remains tidy. Utilize a sit-down propane forklift to move inventory efficiently and assist with manual handling when necessary. You will also post receipts in the ERP system, manage inventory transfers, and handle shipping and receiving duties.

Work Environment
Work in a small to medium-sized production facility that is clean and well-maintained, though not air-conditioned. Join a team of around 50 employees, with plans to expand the warehouse team. Our dress code includes covered shoes, work shirts, and jeans. Work shirts are provided, but hats and jewelry are not permitted. The position is for the day shift, Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm, with optional Saturday overtime typically from 6:00 am to noon.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Houston, TX 77041.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
